Building a hospital on Wellness Boulevard doesn't mean we know what wellness is

I recently drove by a hospital that was located on Wellness Boulevard (see pic below). Given the booming wellness industry, healthcare can no longer afford to ignore wellness.

But what does wellness truly represent?

It represents a shift from external and apparently purely objective factors to the subjective factor that is intrinsic to every experience, including objective ones! Scientifically speaking, this means turning the lens not only on the external, but also on the internal and including that data set in our studies. Philosophically speaking, this means moving from a philosophy of materialism towards one that puts consciousness on at least even ground.

in other words, the word wellness is a mountain of significance, but the truth is we are just scratching the surface with the way we use it as window dressing.

A true health system will look deeply at what wellness is suggesting, and also look deeply at what the current hashtag#healthcare system does well, and bring these two together, based in a science of consciousness.

This will bring true healing and cure at scale to people and this planet.
